How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $199. Your rate depends on your monthly expense volume. We'll give you a flat quote after looking at your numbers.
My books are months behind. Can you help?
Yes. Catch-up work is priced separately based on how far back we need to go. Once we're current, we move into regular monthly bookkeeping.
Is there a contract?
No. We're month-to-month. You can cancel anytime.
Do I need QuickBooks?
Yes. We work in QuickBooks Online. If you don't have it yet, we'll help you get set up.
What do I need to do each month?
Connect your bank feeds and upload receipts. We handle everything else.
Do you file taxes?
No. We prepare your books so your CPA has a clean file at year-end. We handle sales tax and CAT returns, but income tax filing stays with your accountant.
Do you handle payroll?
Yes. We process payroll, handle tax deposits, file quarterly reports, and prepare W-2s at year-end.
Do we need to meet in person?
Not usually. Everything can be handled remotely. If you're local and prefer to meet, we can arrange that.
How quickly do you respond?
Same day. If you call or email with a question, you'll hear back before the day is over.
How soon can you start?
Usually within a few days. If your books need cleanup first, we start there. If they're current, we jump straight into monthly service.
